1. Registration Cancellation
Cancellation Requests: All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to info@kitspire.com with the subject line “STEM Cancellation.”
Deadlines:
Cancellations are only possible if made on the same day as the registration date and the refund will be in full minus a 10% processing fee.
2. Event Postponement or Cancellation
If the event is postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, your registration will automatically be transferred to the rescheduled date.
If the event is canceled by the organizers, participants are eligible for a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future event.
3. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the approved cancellation request.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during registration.
